高校文书立卷工作创新路径研究

文书立卷是文书处理工作和档案工作的桥梁,是高校一项重要的日常工作。随着信息化时代的到来,高校文书立卷工作既有传统的机械手工操作模式,又呈现出电子化、数字信息化的趋势,同时鉴于当前文书立卷工作受重视程度不够、立卷归档不规范、分工不明确、文书队伍素质参差不齐等诸多问题,提出重视文书工作、健全和完善文书立卷制度、加强文书队伍建设等对策。

Research on Path and Innovative Strategies for College Documents Filing

Document filing,a bridge between document processing and archive work,plays an important role in college routine office work.In the information era,there emerges the electronic and digital operation tendency in document filing in addition to the traditional mechanic hand-made mode,and yet there also lie some serious problems such as the lack of necessary attention,the lack of standardization,vague division of work,unleveled clerical quality and so on.It is under this background that the coping strategies are worked out on how to lay emphasis on document filing,improve and perfect the system,and enhance the clerical quality.
