| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来,官僚制在西方遭到了前所未有的批判,包括官僚制低效论、缺陷论、过时论、威胁论和渗透论。但是这些批判都没能从根本上对理性官僚制形成具有说服力的替代性超越。梳理归纳这些批判并加以反思,将有利于重新审视官僚制,明确批判方向。

| Abstract: | Since the 80s of the 20th century,bureaucracy was unprecedented criticism in the West,mainly from the five critically on the Bureaucracy： inefficient theory,defect theory,obsolete theory of threat and penetration.Summed the criticism and reflection,not only help us to re-examine the Bureaucracy System,but also can give us a clear research direction. |
