| 摘 要： | 私有财产权制度是近现代社会的一项基础法律制度,在各国宪政领域中占据了重要地位.公民财产权是指公民对私有财产的权利,包括对私人所有的生活资料和生产资料的权利.通过阐述宪法意义上公民财产权的含义,回顾我国宪法对公民财产权的保护,论述完善公民财产权宪法保障制度的意义.

| Abstract: | Private property rights are a basic justice system and have a important station in constitution politics in modern society. It is the right of private property, including the rights of the possess of life and production requisites. This paper expounds the meaning of private property rights in constitution and reviews the safeguard of private property system in constitution in china. It dissertates the meaning of perfecting the system of civics private property rights. |
