| 摘 要： | 构建和谐高校是构建社会主义和谐社会的内在要求,与建设社会主义法治大学有着必然的联系和相互促进作用。依法治校是构建和谐高校的有力保障,而和谐高校的构建又对依法治校提出新的要求。在构建和谐高校的过程中,依法治校的工作重点在于坚持以人为本,推进民主建设;制定学校章程,健全制度体系;强化法制宣传,倡导自觉守法;狠抓法德并举,建设和谐文化。

| Abstract: | The construction of harmonious universities is the intrinsic request of constructing harmonious socialist society.Constructing harmonious universities has an inevitable organic relationship with managing universities by law.Governing universities legally is the powerful safeguard of creating harmonious universities,while the construction of harmonious universities poses new requirements to governing universities by law.The emphasis of governing universities by law lies in persisting in humanity,promoting democracy,establishing university regulations,perfecting institutional system,strengthening the propaganda of laws,advocating law consciousness,paying attention to moral reconstruction and enforcement of law. |
