| 摘 要： | 高等教育有“外延式”和“内涵式”两种增长方式。自1999年以来,我国高等教育连续几年实施了扩招政策,各高校相继进行了扩大规模的“外延式”发展,现在应该理性看待“外延式”和“内涵式”发展的辩证关系,在我国高等教育资源有限的情况下,既控制好外延式增长,又抓好内涵式发展。

| Abstract: | Two modes,extensive and intensive,exist in higher education.Since 1999,higher education has been expanding its enrollments and higher learning institutions thereby have been developing in an extensive fashion.At present,we must take a critical view of the dialectic relations between'extensive' and'intensive' development modes.As higher learning resources are limited,we must control extensive development and at the same time put emphasis on intensive development. |
