The reference rooms of university institute directly serve scientific research.With the rapid development of the modern internet and technology,the reference rooms of university institutes should reform themselves and innovate services,facing the callenges of great capacity,rapidly update,speeding up the information spread.By investigating and surveying the reference rooms in Beijing Forestry Univesity and other universities,the paper analyzes how to realize innovation services from the aspects of resources construction and service pattern.
