The Significance of "Judge's Conscience" in the Judicial Process--And the Relationship between "Judge's Conscience" and Modern Constitutional System and Beliefs

A judge is the very core and the most dynamic element in a whole judicial process. The soul of this element is judge's conscience, without which a person who uses jurisdiction would no longer be called a real judge; without which even the judicial process itself will end in vain. However, the judge's conscience would not be generally followed without certain conditions , for it is closely related to the performance of constitutional government in a country.
