| 摘 要： | 技术创新不仅可为社会带来高效益,同时它又是一项高风险活动。其创新过程既要受创新主体主观因素影响,又要受外部环境不确定性、创新本身的复杂性等客观因素影响,因而使技术创新风险表现出投机性、双效性、可传递和可管理性等特征。在技术创新过程中,可通过构建三维防范体系加强对风险的预警管理,提高创新主体抵御风险的能力,合理进行风险回避、控制、分摊,以提高技术创新的成功率。

| Abstract: | Technique innovation can bring benefit to the society,at the same time it is a high risk action.The innovational process is impacted by incertitude of outer surroundings,complex of innovation,thus the risk of technique innovation shows opportunistic,dual-functional,transferable and controllable.In the process of innovation,we should construct the three-dimensional safeguard system to strengthen the pre-alarm management,improve innovators anti-risk ability,reasonably avoid,control and share the risks so as to improve the success rate. |
