| 摘 要： | 农村管理社区化是在民生为本、服务为要、成果共享的人性化管理理念指导下的农村管理模式创新,它对实现社会主义新农村建设的基本目标具有重要价值。新农村建设背景下农村管理社区化的基本路径是：筹建新社区;夯实社区基础设施;提升社区精神文明水平;推进社区组织建设;创新社区基层管理体制。
