我国高等教育评估机制的内在缺陷及对策探讨

我国自1985年实施高等教育评估以来，评估活动对我国高等教育在教育质量、教师素质、教学条件等方面都起到了较好的指导和引领作用。但在20多年的高等教育评估发展历程中，也暴露出评估主体过于行政化、评估标准刚性、评估后段整改监督不力等诸多问题。如何完善高等教育评估机制，以期达到教育评估的目的，这是政府、社会和学校都共同关心、关注并需要切实解决的问题。
