利益、认同、制度安排——论城市居民社区参与的影响因素

目前我国城市居民社区参与不足已成为制约社区进一步发展的瓶颈,社区利益、社区认同是居民社区参与的根本动力和影响因素,参与制度的缺乏也是居民社区参与的重要制约因素,因此,强化社区成员与社区间的利益关系和认同关系、建立各种参与制度是促进我国社区建设的重要手段。

Now the insufficiency of participation by communities of urbanite in our country has become the bottleneck that restrains the communities from further developing.The community interest and the community identification are fundamental motive force and influential factor while absence of participation system is also an important restraining factor in the participation.So strengthening the interest relation and identification relation between communities and their members and establishing participation systems are important measures for promoting the construction of communities in China.
