论高校法学教育资源共享机制建设——以南京地区为例

摘    要:高校法学教育大致可分为强劲型、发展型、后发型、零散型4种类型.现有高校法学教育的一个突出问题是法学教育资源的碎片化,其不利后果主要有:各高校的法学教育机构大多是"中小型企业",各高校之间的师生比差别很大,法学知识传授的碎片化.为此,必须在以下理念基础上真正建立法学教育资源共享机制:法学教育资源是一种特殊的和可整合的市场资源,法学教育资源共享机制的制度形态分别由主体系统、执行系统和监督系统3个部分组成.
