我国重点大学科研组织发展的现状及对策研究

文章在调查研究的基础上,全面系统地分析了我国重点大学科研组织发展的现状,指出我国重点大学科研组织呈现出的组织形式单一、科研管理松散、科研人员流动性差、资源利用率低下等弊端不能适应我国建设"创新型国家""研究型大学"的需要.为此,高校内部必须建立以科学研究为主导,以跨学科、综合性为特点,面向社会经济发展的多层次科研组织体系.

Analysis of the status quo and strategies of scientific research organizations in key universities of China

This paper analyzes wholly and systematically the status quo of the development of the scientific research organizations in key uni versities domestically on the basis of investigation and researches,and discovers that the scientific research organizations in national key universities have the disadvantages of simple organizational form,incompact operation,inadequate fluidity of scientific staff,low rate of resource utilization,etc.,all of which will not be able to adapt to the needs of contributing to an "innovation-oriented country" and "research-oriented universities".Thus,it is necessary to establish in the interior of universities the extensive organizational system for scientific studies that faces social economic development.This system should aim at scientific studies and have the features of trans-discipline and comprehensiveness.
