| 摘 要： | 从法律角度审视西部农村,探寻西部农村法治建设的对策,既是西部大开发战略的重要组成部分,更是建设法治国家的需要。西部农村地区法治建设对策在于:开展普法教育、树立法律信仰;加强西部农业、农村立法;明确政府职责,规范政府行为;加快司法体制改革,确保司法公正、农民诉讼权利的实现;加快经济体制改革,重视西部农业的产业化经营。
