| 摘 要： | 目前教师重视知识的价值有其合理性,但对教学内在价值的重视略显不足。教师的教学价值观与时代的总体要求还有一段距离。考试制度和对教师的评价制度是影响教师教学价值观形成的主因;又由于情感、态度、价值观难于予以科学的评价,客观上影响了学校和教师在教学实践中对它的关怀;教师头脑的教学价值观与外在的教学行为存在着一定的冲突。加强对教师教学价值观的引导,是基础教育课程改革的一项重要任务。

| Abstract: | At present,it's reasonable for teachers to put emphasis on the value of knowledge,but they pay insufficient attention to the internal value of teaching.There is still certain distance between teaching values and the overall requirement of times.Examination and appraisal systems are the main factor to affect the teaching values.It's an important task of basic educational curriculum reform to strengthen the guidance to teachers' teaching values. |
