| 摘 要： | 考察中国农村义务教育经费投入体制的变迁，可梳理成三个不同的发展阶段。依据农村义务教育产品的公共性偏向，细分为五个不同时期加以审视，发现它经历了一条由“私人性长期发展——私人性松动低层次公共性实现”的第一次自然回归和“低层次公共性发展——公共性松动公共性再次确立”的第二次理性回归组成的漫长回归路。
