| 摘 要： | 我国正处于城市化发展由“起步”向“加速”转换的关键时期，小城镇建设问题将成为一段时间内我国社会、经济、科技、文化发展的核心内容。发展小城镇是一个关系到我国城市化、工业化和可持续发展的大战略。本文通过对我国小城镇建设重要意义的阐述，讨论我国当前城市化发展时期小城镇建设所面对的问题，思考解决的途径。

| Abstract: | The China's urbanization is at an essential point from initial stage to acceleration stage. The town planning and construction must be important issues of combining society, economy,sciencetechnology and culture with the stratagem problem about national sustainable development,urbanization and industrialization. This paper would have a research on the relation betueen the urbanization and country town development in today's China, to express some facing issues and way of making town planning and redevelopment going up in the future of China. |
