| 摘 要： | 高校招生就业制度改革的深化 ,推进了招生、就业市场的迅速形成 ,优胜劣汰的竞争机制和市场调配资源的基础性作用越来越明显。由于相关配套政策尚不健全 ,各市场主体行为多样化 ,主观性强 ,从政策导向、市场趋向和工作取向三方面进行探索 ,试图寻求既顺应市场规则 ,又符合当前高校人才选拔、培养、使用等实情的理念与做法
