| 摘 要： | 以语域理论为指导,分析了商务合同语域独特性,汉英商务合同的语言共性与个性,以及汉英读者对合同文本的接受性,阐释了商务合同语域汉英转换的语言特点,从语言学的角度探索了在商务合同翻译中如何容载文化信息的意义转换,凸显合同的规范性,体现法律的公正性以及提高读者的文化敏感性。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of register theory,an analysis is made of register's uniqueness of business contracts,their language commonness and individuality,and their acceptability to readers.Meanwhile,the language features are illustrated for register transfer in business contracts in both Chinese and English versions.Linguistic approach is used to explore the transfer in cultural information to show business contracts' contractual regulation and their legal impartiality,and the readers' cultural sensitivity. |
