统筹城乡环境保护刍议

没有良好的生态环境就没有经济的可持续发展和人类的进步。当前我国城市环境明显改善，但农村环境持续恶化。本文分析了造成这种差异的主要原因是城乡环境保护存在法律、体制、监管和投入等方面的差距，导致农村环保受重视的程度较低，影响了可持续发展和生态文明的建设。
