| 摘 要： | 美国社区学院在教师教育与培训方面具有一系列的优势,社区学院可以通过职前教师培训、与四年制大学合作、开展教育学士学位教育等途径开展教师教育。美国社区学院的实践对于我国目前的师范教育改革具有一定的借鉴意义。
