甲申之变前明朝面临的历史选择

甲申之变前的两年中,明朝一直在试图摆脱危机,事实证明,也确有许多转危为安的历史机遇。朝臣对当时的局势认识相当清楚,先后提出多种可行性建议,先是倡导创建地方军,而后提出及时召回边防戍军保卫京师和迁都南京等。如果崇祯帝很好地采纳这些建议,明朝便很有可能转危为安。但在历史机遇面前,崇祯帝作为最高决策者,缺乏主观能动性,一再错失良机,最终导致了明朝的灭亡。

The Historical Selections Faced by Ming Dynasty Before Jia-shen Event

In the two years before Jia-shen event the Ming dynasty tried to get rid of the crisis all the time and the fact proved that the Ming dynasty had faced many historical opportunities to turn the corner.The ministers had a very clear idea about the situation they faced then and had given many feasible proposals.First,they advocated the building of local army,and then they suggested the recalling of the defense garrison and the moving of the capital and so on.If emperor Chong-zhen had a well adoption of these suggestions,the Ming dynasty may have turned danger into safety.But in the presence of historical opportunity,as the highest decision-maker,emperor Chong-zhen lacked subjective initiative and missed good chances time and again,which led the destruction of Ming dynasty finally.
