| 摘 要： | 风险的传统定义是否定的,意味着威胁与损失。就本质而言,风险是一种不确定性,既包括威胁,也蕴涵机会。因此,项目风险管理应该同时关注威胁和机会两个方面。从风险管理过程入手,对现有的风险管理模型进行拓展,在避免损失的同时利用机会,推动项目实现预期目标。

| Abstract: | The traditional definition of the risk means threat and loss.Risk is a kind of uncertainty including threat and opportunity in its essence.The risk management of project could concern on both threat and opportunity.This article expands the existing model of risk management according to its process,making use of the opportunity and avoiding the loss to attain the expected the goal. |
