| 摘 要： | 档案是对国家和社会有保存价值的历史记录。因为档案是一种记录,所以从信息论的角度讲,就是一种信息,它是人们当时从事各类社会活动的反应。随着科技的高度发达,开发、管理和利用好档案,使其为我国的改革开放和经济建设服务,是每一个档案工作者的责任和义务。本文从多个角度阐述了档案队伍管理建设的方向,并提出了档案管理人员应提高自身的素质,以顺应时代发展的要求。
