| 摘 要： | 产学研合作对于提升高校教学科研水平、促进企业技术进步、增强地区和国家竞争力都具有非常重要的作用。本文分别对大学、企业及政府产学研合作的动机进行分析,对产学研合作中存在的限制性因素进行探究,最后提出促进产学研合作的对策建议。

| Abstract: | University industry cooperation is very important for improving teaching and research level of university, promoting the technological progress of enterprises, and strengthening regional and national competitiveness. The paper analyzes the motivation between university and industry, and explores the limiting factors of university industry cooperation, finally puts forward countermeasure for promoting university industry cooperation. |
