| Abstract: | Based on the goal of socializing the logistic work in institutions of higher learning and the status quo of the logistic reform in non-governmental institutions of higher learning,the paper discusses how to further the reform in logistic socialization and construct a new-type guarantee system for logistic service that meets the requirements of the development of nongovernmental institutions of higher learning,and puts forth some conceptions and suggestions. |
