| 摘 要： | 税费时代的终结使村落社区中正式权力和非正式权力的力量对比重新得到调整,在这一背景下正式权力同时表现出两种反方向的运动态势。为此,村庄治理模式也应进行相应调整,表现为村委会同乡镇政府之间的关系走向正常化和村落社区中干群互动走向和谐化。

| Abstract: | The end of the farming tax is leading to the readjustment of official and unofficial power in the village, with the official power moving in two opposite directions at the same time. Thus the village government should also be readjusted accordingly to normalize the relationship between township and village and between farmers and cadres in the village. |
