| Abstract: | In the criminal proceedings of the Spring-Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, the system insuring the validity of evidence were established in Chu State and Qin State. People have tried to find out effective methods and tactics about obtaining evidence at that time, and were good at exposing criminal by using different sorts of evidence. |
