| 摘 要： | 《致加西亚的信》一书在国内多作为管理和励志图书加以解读,通过对此书历史背景、成书环境和写作目的等文本层面分析可知,出于对19世纪末20世纪初美国资本主义社会变化的敏锐观察和积极响应,作者以罗文上校事迹作为参照文本对当时美国资本主义对外扩张战略作出回应和准备,从管理者角度出发对美国资本主义工商业需要的员工作出思想和纪律规范,本质上符合进入垄断资本主义阶段的美国资本主义的发展要求,因而获得主流意识形态的支持。表面上出版物的畅销奇迹,实质是主流意识形态支持下的产物。
