Research of the Teaching Reform of Computer Communications Network Based on the Employment Requirements

The theory teaching system is integrated and optimized,and the students’ knowledge of computer communication networks is also enhanced by the reform of theory teaching content which includes one main thread and three sub-threads.The practice teaching system is strengthened by the reform of practice teaching which is in a mode of three longitudinal stages and three transverse types.The students’ practice abilities are improved by the reform,and simultaneously,they are trained to go to one of the network technology directions based on their own hobbies and expertise.As a result,the seamless connection between the personnel training and markets needs is achieved.
