论当代中国阶级阶层分化与党的执政基础

改革开放以后的当代中国,由于生产关系的调整和社会主义市场经济及现代化进程的推进,引起社会阶级阶层结构的显著变动,阶级阶层分化和群体化、社会流动加快、各阶级阶层间的利益冲突和矛盾不断加深的趋势日益凸显。这种社会结构的剧烈变动,既表现出与社会主义现代化建设相适应的基本面,又对党的执政基础产生了重大影响,使党在执政基础问题上面临新的挑战。为此,必须协调阶级阶层分化过程中的利益冲突,巩固党的阶级基础,增强党的社会基础;创新社会利益整合机制,促进阶级阶层的有序流动;构建有利于党的执政基础的现代社会结构。

ON DIFFERENTIATION OF CLASSES AND STRATA IN CONTEMPORARY CHINA AND THE RULING FOUNDATION OF THE PARTY

Since China's reform and opening-up,contemporary China is faced with the readjustment of production relations and the promotion of socialist modernization and socialist market economy.Therefore,there have been significant changes in the structure of social classes and strata within the country and a tendency of accelerated class differentiation,faster social mobility and sharp conflicts among various classes and strata.The drastic changes of social structure may contribute a lot to socialist modernization,on the one hand,and may greatly affect and challenge the foundation of governance for the Communist Party.Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate the interests of various conflicting classes and strata,consolidate the Party's ruling foundation,strengthen the social basis of CPC,construct innovative mechanisms to integrate the interests of various classes,promote an orderly flow of classes and strata and construct a modern social structure conducive to the consolidation of the Party's Ruling Foundation.
