克隆技术中的伦理问题探析

克隆技术的出现打破了人类靠自然繁衍规律支配的时代,给人类社会带来一系列社会问题.它的根本完善在于对人类稳定的自然秩序、社会秩序和伦理道德秩序的破坏,它将严重威胁着人类的自然繁衍和生态平衡状态,使传统的价值观念和道德理想受到强有力的挑战,给人类提出了许多值得认真研究的重大课题.然而,克隆技术一出现就成为无法否认和忽略的客观事实,作为一种全新技术,它的应用终将会导致对人类自身现状的挑战.为了在这一科技领域里不至落后,为了探索未知世界而不造成对现实世界人伦秩序的破坏.国家在战略中可以分别制定相应的研制计划、法律和道德规范.在总体上严格禁止将克隆技术用于人类的繁衍,同时,出于对这项技术未来发展可能带来负面影响的防范,在极有限的范围内应该允许做克隆人的实验,以便了解可能会发生的一切情况和规律,防患于未然,也就说,不必一概否定和制止克隆人.

Exploration into the Ethics of Cloning

This technology will destroy the good order of nature, society and morals, threaten the natural multiplication of human beings and ecological balance, and challenge traditional values and morals. Many significant research subjects have arisen herewithin. Cloning, now that it happened, has become a fact that cannot be denied and neglected. As a brand new technology, human cloning will bring about challenges to the very situation of human beings. In order to keep abreast with other countries in this scientific field and explore the unknown world without destroying the existing human order, our government should make corresponding research plan, laws and moral regulations. As a principle, human cloning should be forbidden yet the denial and inhibition of human cloning is unnecessary. For understanding the possible results and taking preventive measures, the experiment of human cloning should be allowed within very strict conditions.
