| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of current situation of library information facilities and its cultural background, the author points out that greater progress should be made in the application of technology, management system, connections with society, establishment of appraisal system and cultivation of talented personnel so as to improve the quality of library information work and meet the demand of times. |
