| Abstract: | From the angle of management efficiency of environment,this paper analyzes the causes of inefficient governmental investment and management of environmental assets in detail and examines the restraints of the assets marketing and capital operation.It also holds that the most effective way of improving regional environmental efficiency is to establish regional environmental assets pack in the Chaohu Lake Basin. |
