| 摘 要： | 作为西方文明产物的法治,有着深厚的西方文化心理基础,并且体现出正义、民主、平等的文化精神。而中国传统文化并不具备法治的文化精神,缺乏法治的文化心理基础。因此在实行依法治国的法治过程中,必须同时致力于民众文化心理的改造。

| Abstract: | As the product of Western civilization, the legal systems in the west, representing such cultural spirits as justice, democracy and equality, are deeply rooted in the Western cultural psychology. Traditional Chinese culture, however, lacks such cultural spirits and psychological basis of legal systems. Therefore, efforts should be made to create psychological basis among people in the process of turning China into the country with a perfect legal system. |
