| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化浪潮的冲击下,如何保护文化的多样性,是当前学术界和社会各界十分关注的问题。之所以要保护文化多样性,一是因为文化多样性与生态多样性相互依存,相互影响;二是文化多样性是民族平等和保障人权的基础;三是文化遗产是一个民族或国家具有重要价值的资源,它可以造福于子孙后代;四是各民族的传统文化的价值具有相对性,没有高低、优劣之别。保护民族传统文化的措施有多种,首先是立法保护,其次是开发保护,第三是创新保护。唯有如此,才能更好的保护自己的传统文化。

| Abstract: | How to protect cultural variety is a hot issue to which all walks of like pay special attention.Cultural variety and ecological variety are closely related.Moreover,cultural variety is the basis for national equality and human right,and cultural heritage is a nation's important resource.The value of different traditional protections are the effective ways to protect the traditional national culture. |
