摘    要:在中国大力提倡素质教育的今天,中小学生的学习压力却呈逐渐增加的趋势。升学考试、父母过高的期望和要求、课堂教学效率不高、学业成败体验和对学习能力的自我认知是学习压力的主要来源。要想走出学习压力的困境,必须标本兼治。调节学生因学习压力大而导致的焦虑情绪为治标之法;深入进行教育改革,增强学生的学习能力,进而从根本上提高教学质量和学习效率是治本之策。

Abstract:At present-day China,the education for all-around development is being advocated.However,the events of suicide in the pupil that due to learning stress occured sometimes.Some investigates indicated that more than half children perceived immoderate learning stress.The main sources of learning stress are the exam of enter a higher school,the high expectation by parents,the low efficiency of teaching and the frustrated experience on learning.For the way out of learning stress,we should both take temporary solution and effect a permanent cure.one side,the anxieties should be adjust,on the other hand,the deepening of education reform and the buildup of learning abilities are more important.
