聚焦中国儿童学习压力:困境与出路

在中国大力提倡素质教育的今天,中小学生的学习压力却呈逐渐增加的趋势。升学考试、父母过高的期望和要求、课堂教学效率不高、学业成败体验和对学习能力的自我认知是学习压力的主要来源。要想走出学习压力的困境,必须标本兼治。调节学生因学习压力大而导致的焦虑情绪为治标之法;深入进行教育改革,增强学生的学习能力,进而从根本上提高教学质量和学习效率是治本之策。
