| 摘 要： | 清洁生产产生的根本原因主要有两个，一是环境污染日益严重，二是资源日趋耗竭。清洁生产思想最早起源于20世纪70年代西方发达国家．而清洁生产实践则首先开始于美国．最先提出“清洁生产”四个字概念定义的是联合国环境规划署。1989年．清洁生产理念和方法开始引入中国。并于1992年开始正式推行。实施清洁生产具有重要意义。清洁生产作为新的发展模式，在可持续发展理念引领下，已经呈现出向纵深发展的良好趋势，但在实践中还存在文化和经济等方面的障碍。应将政府、企业、社会公众这三股力量结合起来，协调一致．推动清洁生产不断向前发展。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the background of cleaner production,the emergence and development of this thought,and the putting forward and perfecting of its definition. Meanwhile,this article deals with the practice of cleaner production carried out in China,the significances and developing trends of cleaner production,as well as the hindering factors in its practice and corresponding promoting measures. |
