和谐视阈下我国高等教育质量面临的挑战与对策

摘    要:和谐视阈是对教育现象或问题研究的一种理论视角。和谐视阈下高等教育质量面临量与质的失衡、质量标准同质化倾向严重、和谐统一的质量保障体系尚未建立等挑战。和谐视阈下我国高等教育质量的提高,必须界定和明确三大主体的角色和任务,形成相互联系和制约的具有中国特色的高等教育质量保障体系;实施高等教育全面质量管理策略;增强高等教育国际化水平,全面实施高等教育质量的国际化标准。

Abstract:The perspective of harmonious education is a theoretical perspective in studying educational phenomena or problems.Evaluated from this vision,our higher education is confronted with the imbalance of quantity and quality,heavy homogenous tendency in quality standards,and the absence of a harmonious and uniform quality assurance system.To improve the quality of our higher education from the perspective of harmony,we have to define and clarify the role and tasks of the three major subjects to form a quality assurance system of mutual connection and restriction with Chinese characteristics.A comprehensive quality management strategy should be implemented.Efforts should be made to improve the internationalization level of higher education,and the international standards for the quality of higher education should be implemented in the full scale.
