组织文化测量模型、测量工具与实践述评

摘    要:本文从组织文化测量理论模型,测量工具及其量表开发,测量实践与验证三个方面对组织文化测量领域取得的研究成果进行梳理。研究发现组织文化测量理论模型具有多个层次,涵盖了个体层面、微观组织层面以及宏观国家民族文化层面等。组织文化测量工具与量表在测量内容,整体设计,计分方式均呈现多元性。组织文化测量实践包含三种:第一类实践来自于开发者本人及团队所进行的研究;第二类实践是经典模型与量表的本土化修正与再开发;第三类实践关注组织文化对组织的作用机理。

Abstract:This paper reviews the achievements in organization culture measures in three aspects: organization culture measure theory model,measure instrument and its scale development,and measure practice and verification.Researches show that organization culture measure theory models fall into different levels,covering individual level,micro-organization level and macro-level such as national and ethnical culture.Huge diversities in terms of score statistics exist in measure contents and general designs for organization culture measure instrument and measure scale.Organization culture measure practice includes three kinds: 1) researches pursued by the developer himself and/or his team;2) modification and re-development of classical measure models and measure scales;and 3) attention to the functional mechanism of organization culture to the organization itself.
