冯桂芬书院教育实践及其教育改革思想

冯桂芬是中国近代著名的思想家、教育家。他一生长期从事教育活动，先后主讲南京惜阴、上海敬业、苏州紫阳、正谊等著名书院20余年，具有丰富的教育实践经历和教育思想。他不仅提出改革书院教育、提高教师地位等主张，而且提出改革科举考试的种种办法，力主全面、深入地向西方学习，从而开我国近代教育之先河，对近代教育产生了深远的影响。
