| 乡村振兴战略是我国新时代“三农”工作的总抓手。追溯乡村振兴战略提出的历史脉络、理论渊源,研究其主要推进路径,有利于更好地开展我国新时代农业农村工作。从历史脉络看,乡村振兴战略是实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦和“两个一百年”奋斗目标的必然历史逻辑;从理论逻辑看,乡村振兴战略依循了马克思主义乡村发展和城乡关系的思想,是马克思主义乡村发展、城乡融合思想中国化的最新成果,是中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路的伟大实践;从推进路径看,实施乡村振兴战略要坚持党对农村工作的领导,全面深化农村改革,促进城乡融合发展,健全“三治结合”的乡村治理体系,加快新型职业农民队伍建设。 |

| The 19th National Congress of the CCP put forward the policy of giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The Rural Revitalization Strategy is the master of the work of China’s “Three Rural Issues”in the new era. From the historical point of view,the Rural Revitalization Strategy is the inevitable historical logic for realizing the dream of China’s national rise and rejuvenation in the past century.From the theoretical logic point of view,the Rural Revitalization Strategy follows the Marxist thought of urban rural relationship and rural development,is the latest achievement of the Sinicization of the Marxist thought of rural development and urban rural integration,and is a great practice of the road of Socialist Rural Revitalization with Chinese characteristics.From the perspective of promoting path,the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy should adhere to the Party’s leadership of rural work,comprehensively deepen rural reform,realize the integration of urban and rural development,improve the rural governance system of “three way integration”and speed up the construction of new professional peasants.Tracing the historical context and theoretical origin of the strategy of rural rejuvenation and studying its main promotion path will be helpful to carry out better the agricultural and rural work in the new era of our country. |
