| The strategic emerging industries in Hunan province still exist some problems, such as scattered distribution, aggregation and poor collaboration, blocked spatial development in urban center, etc. According to the development strategy and characteristics of Hunan province industry, by using spatial positioning method, a space layout optimization model has been put forward, which is consist of layout proposed pole, a circle and one axis. In order to promote the cooperation and development of various cities, we should make efforts by strengthening government macro-control ability and formulating strategic emerging industry space development strategy reasonably, as well as establishing a new industry management center in Hunan province. |
