| 摘 要： | 文化软实力是综合实力的一个重要方面，其对经济发展有着不可忽略的促进作用。本文从文化软实力的内涵出发，选取文化传统、文化活动、文化素质、文化吸引、文化体制及政策五个方面的25个评价指标，形成一个分层次的、可操作性强且适合中国国情的区域文化软实力评价指标体系，并据此对各省区的文化软实力进行了综合评价，分析了各省区文化软实力的优势与劣势及其与区域经济发展之间的关系。
