| 摘 要： | 武陵山区是中国典型的少数民族聚居地区。推动武陵山区少数民族人口城市化的进程,需要努力消除一些不和谐因素,实行大中小城市及小城镇共同发展的道路,要加大就业培训和素质教育的力度,进一步建立健全社会保障制度。

| Abstract: | The Wuling Mountain is the typical ethnic minority area in China. Since reform and opening, the region''s minority population has also begun to flow around the city and the eastern coastal areas, thus forming a new feature of ethnic population change, which has a major impact on the urbanization construction. To promote the process of urbanization of minority population, we need to eliminate some factors of disharmony and implement a path that medium cities and small towns jointly development and to increase the quality of education and training of employment and further establish a social security system. |
