城郊乡村治理问题研究——以重庆市东风村为例

中国的农村有许多种分类,而城郊农村属于其中的一种,具有特殊性。重庆市东风村地处城市边缘,属于典型的城郊农村。通过实地调研发现,该村庄在乡村治理过程中存在着一些问题,主要集中在治理主体和经济建设方面。这些问题的存在和完善思路对中国城郊乡村问题研究将具有启发意义。为响应新农村建设的号召,可以从选拔优秀人才,加快经济文化建设和提高村民素质方面对城郊乡村治理进行完善。     

Functional principal component analysis for the explorative analysis of multisite–multivariate air pollution time series with long gaps

The knowledge of the urban air quality represents the first step to face air pollution issues. For the last decades many cities can rely on a network of monitoring stations recording concentration values for the main pollutants. This paper focuses on functional principal component analysis (FPCA) to investigate multiple pollutant datasets measured over time at multiple sites within a given urban area. Our purpose is to extend what has been proposed in the literature to data that are multisite and multivariate at the same time. The approach results to be effective to highlight some relevant statistical features of the time series, giving the opportunity to identify significant pollutants and to know the evolution of their variability along time. The paper also deals with missing value issue. As it is known, very long gap sequences can often occur in air quality datasets, due to long time failures not easily solvable or to data coming from a mobile monitoring station. In the considered dataset, large and continuous gaps are imputed by empirical orthogonal function procedure, after denoising raw data by functional data analysis and before performing FPCA, in order to further improve the reconstruction.     

Statistical Certification of Software Systems

Common software release procedures based on statistical techniques try to optimize the trade-off between further testing costs and costs due to remaining errors. We propose new software release procedures where the aim is to certify with a certain confidence level that the software does not contain errors. The underlying model is a discrete time model similar to the geometric Moranda model. The decisions are based on a mix of classical and Bayesian approaches to sequential testing and do not require any assumption on the initial number of errors.     

Exploring the relation between maternal mind‐mindedness and children’s symbolic play: A longitudinal study from 6 to 18 months

Relations between mothers’ mind‐mindedness (appropriate attunement to their infants’ internal states) at 6 and 12 months and infants’ early symbolic play during infant–mother pretense at 12 and 18 months were investigated in a sample of 43 mothers and infants. Mothers’ appropriate mind‐related comments were associated with average level, length, complexity, and maturity level of symbolic play. Specific sub‐categories of appropriate mind‐related comments were identified as independent predictors of children's symbolic play. Appropriate comments about desires and cognitions at 6 months were associated with average level and length of episodes, as well as with maturity level of symbolic play at 12 months. Longitudinal stability in the appropriateness and content of mothers’ mind‐related comments was also investigated. The results are discussed in terms of the proposal that attunement to specific types of internal state should vary as a function of infant age in order to index mind‐mindedness.

金融利益关系的运动轨迹是金融法重构的基础。通过分析金融利益关系重整、系统性风险、次贷危机三者"前推后"的因果关系脉络,以及"重整"的具体安排、变动过程,推知金融利益关系运动规律与统合化发展趋势。并通过分析"重整"的产生原因,得出金融创新与金融法约束的应然适度关系。基于以上规律、趋势与关系的总结,提出金融法重构的框架思路。     

显性教育与隐性教育并举增强“基础”课教学实效性

提高"思想道德修养与法律基础"课教学实效性是全社会、高校和"基础"课教师共同关心的重要问题。将显性教育与隐性教育并举,是一条行之有效的途径。显性教育要确立"以学生为本"的理念,拓展教学内容给予学生足够的现实关怀,丰富教学方式以提升学生的精神境界,改进考核方式以培养学生的自我教育能力。开展隐性教育要注重发挥教师自身的人格力量,以个性影响个性;虚功实做,在细节上关爱学生;充分利用现代新媒体,以正能量陶铸学生。

远海岛礁冷链物流体系优化模型及其集成算法

为研究远海岛礁渔获冷链物流的运行方案，本文选择了岛礁冷库储存中转和海上直接收购等两种不同的渔获运输方式，同时考虑了中转冷库选址、中转运输和直接收购船舶配备、航线配置、在渔场停留时间和渔获运输损耗等诸多复杂问题，构建了远海冷链物流体系组合优化模型。求解时，提出了一种以遗传算法（GA）为外部框架，以改进的模拟植物生长算法（PGSA）为内部模块，通过信息传递实现内外连接交互的集成算法。最后，以我国南海远海岛礁及渔场为实例进行分析，取得了较好效果。通过与传统遗传算法对比，本文优化结果、稳定性及计算速度等均有明显提高，从而证明了本文所建模型与算法的合理性和有效性。     

Breadth of Vocational Interests: The Role of Career Adaptability and Future Orientation

The authors examined the relationship between career adaptability, future orientation, and vocational interests. Specifically, they tested the role of career adaptability and future orientation in promoting a broader range of vocational interests, based on the principle that experiencing more interests can be useful in giving one's best in multiple occupations and in planning a broad range of career goals. A total of 762 Italian adolescents (383 males, 379 females) participated in the study. Results highlight the mediating role of future orientation in the relationship between 4 career adaptability resources and breadth of vocational interests. These results underscore that specific interventions in career adaptability and future orientation may foster a broader range of vocational interests, providing more opportunity for adolescents to respond to the demands of the current job market.     

Recall searching with and without recall

We revisit the sequential search problem by Hey (J Econ Behav Organ 8:137–144, 1987). In a 2 \(\times \) 2 factorial design, varying fixed and random cost treatments with and without recall, we address open research questions that were originally stated by Hey (1987). Our results provide clear evidence for Hey’s (1987) conjecture that recall negatively affects performance in sequential search. With experience, however, search behavior with and without recall converges toward the optimal reservation rule. We further find that the utilization of optimal reservation rules is independent from the stochastic nature of the search cost.
