辽中北洼锦州A 区东营组浊积扇地震描述研究

针对渤海油田辽中北洼锦州A 区东二下段不同类型浊积扇内部反射结构及其地震响应特征认识难度大的问 题，开展了浊积扇地震描述研究。从浊积扇形成机理出发，根据围区钻遇浊积扇体不同部位探井的相应井段的岩性及 组合结构等典型特征，对不同浊积扇沉积亚相的沉积特征、岩性结构、测井和地震响应特征进行了系统的分析和描述。 在此基础上，建立不同类型浊积扇模型进行地震正演模拟，并对其地震响应特征进行了深入研究，最后利用地震多属 性预测技术对浊积扇的内幕进行了精细地刻画。预测了辽中北洼锦州A 区东营组浊积扇有利储层发育部位，研究结 果对该区浊积扇岩性油气藏勘探具有指导意义。     

商业银行信用风险及评估方法应用述评

信用风险是商业银行面临的最主要的风险，如何改进信用风险评估方法、提高预测精度是摆在学术界和实践界的重要课题。自20世纪30年代以来，商业银行信用风险的评估方法大致经历了比例分析、统计分析和人工智能三个阶段。在对风险、信用风险概念分析的基础上，对主要的信用风险评估方法进行述评。

煤炭企业集团发展战略的实证研究——以郑煤集团公司为例

大型煤炭企业近年来越来越重视企业发展战略的研究和制定。本文以郑煤集团为例,对其外部环境应用EFE矩阵、内部环境应用IFE矩阵进行了分析,发现郑煤集团在整个行业中仅处于平均水平,其发展战略亟待改进。在此基础上,本文利用SWOT矩阵为其设计了四类战略方案,并采用QSPM矩阵从中选择出了符合郑煤集团实际发展需要的战略方案。     

Accelerated test system strength models based on Birnbaum–Saunders distribution: a complete Bayesian analysis and comparison

Several models for studies related to tensile strength of materials are proposed in the literature where the size or length component has been taken to be an important factor for studying the specimens’ failure behaviour. An important model, developed on the basis of cumulative damage approach, is the three-parameter extension of the Birnbaum–Saunders fatigue model that incorporates size of the specimen as an additional variable. This model is a strong competitor of the commonly used Weibull model and stands better than the traditional models, which do not incorporate the size effect. The paper considers two such cumulative damage models, checks their compatibility with a real dataset, compares them with some of the recent toolkits, and finally recommends a model, which appears an appropriate one. Throughout the study is Bayesian based on Markov chain Monte Carlo simulation.     

苏州地铁某车站深基坑围护结构监测分析

对苏州地铁某车站明挖基坑施工进行跟踪监测，及时掌握围护结构变形、支撑内力的变化动态，以指导施工确保基坑稳定。经过对比分析基坑有、无加固措施的变形和支撑内力的变化特征表明：基坑外水泥土搅拌桩加固措施的设置，可以有效地减小围护结构的水平变形，并且能够阻碍边坡滑移破坏面的发展，减小作用于地下连续墙上面的土压力，使得内支撑上的最大轴力减小。     

Corporate planning and control systems in Williams & Glyn's Bank

The paper describes the planning procedures presently existing in Williams & Glyn's Bank. Emphasis is placed on the link between the Corporate Plan and the shorter-term budgets; the Corporate Plan provides the framework within which the budget is compiled and the budget is then used as a means of implementing the plan and monitoring progress. Emphasis is also given to the dissemination of the Corporate Plan both to all staff at Branch Manager, or equivalent level, and above and to members of the National Union of Bank Employees Joint Consultative Committee.Lectures based on this paper have been given to the Organization and Use of the Corporate Planning Process Study Group and to the Yorkshire and Humberside Regional Group; both Groups belong to the Society for Long Range Planning.     

氯与高锰酸钾联用灭活细菌的试验研究

以配置的水样为研究对象考察了氯与高锰酸钾单独使用及联用灭活细菌的效果。试验结果表明：投药总量相同情况下,二者联用消毒的效果与单独氯消毒的效果相当,有时甚至略好于单独氯消毒;用Berenbaum公式计算得出氯与高锰酸钾联用灭活细菌时浓度比为0.71,氯与高锰酸钾联用对细菌为协同灭活作用。
