中国货币供给的内生性与货币政策分析

从我国经济的短缺、过剩或转轨形态来看 ,我国的货币供给呈现很强的内生性 ,因此 ,货币政策应采取需求性的货币调控模式。相应地 ,货币政策的中介指标应选择利率而不是单纯的货币供应量。同时 ,利率改革的方向也不能单纯地瞄准完全的市场化利率体系 ,而应该是建立一种对利率进行间接调控的利率体系     

Bayesian analysis of discrete time warranty data

Summary.  The analysis of warranty claim data, and their use for prediction, has been a topic of active research in recent years. Field data comprising numbers of units returned under guarantee are examined, covering both situations in which the ages of the failed units are known and in which they are not. The latter case poses particular computational problems for likelihood-based methods because of the large number of feasible failure patterns that must be included as contributions to the likelihood function. For prediction of future warranty exposure, which is of central concern to the manufacturer, the Bayesian approach is adopted. For this, Markov chain Monte Carlo methodology is developed.

和谐社会构建中的利益表达与利益协调

我国正处在一个社会转型的时代,利益关系格局也发生了一定的变化,产生了利益分化和重组。在这个利益分化的时代,中国的经济利益关系格局出现了经济利益主体多元化、经济利益来源多样化、经济利益差距扩大化和经济利益关系复杂化等新的特征。对此,我们必须正视问题,应特别注意利益表达机制的构建并进行合理的利益协调,充分发挥市场、政府和利益集团的作用,只有这样才能构建一个和谐的社会。     

供应链风险产生根源的理论分析

根据现有文献研究成果,结合实际调研分析,将供应链风险因素整理归纳为系统风险、供应风险、物流风险、信息风险、财务风险、管理风险、需求风险和环境风险。每种风险因素并非独立存在,而是相互影响、互为根源。其非线性叠加结果将会放大供应链整体风险水平。因此,必须认识到其存在的风险,只有在明确各种风险产生根源的基础上,才能恰当地制定、选择和采取有效措施,规避风险,确保供应链整体绩效稳步提高。     

民国时期的水灾与社会风险——以1931年江淮大水为例

1931年江淮大水灾以其发灾快、历时长、灾域广、损失重、影响远等特点而难忘于人们的记忆，这场由洪水而带来的灾荒对灾区内外的社会安全造成了严重威胁和冲击，从灾民流移、城市难民综合症、兵灾匪患、疾疫传播这几个角度来进行考察，结果发现，20世纪20、30年代的时局使得灾荒这样一种本来单一的突发事件，却因与时代环境纠葛在一起而变得错综复杂，时局弱化防灾与抗灾能力，天灾加剧社会动荡，秩序失控诱发更大的灾难，最终形成一条天灾人祸恶性循环的风险链。     

中日城市供水系统静态效率的对比研究

文章运用DEA方法，评价了北京、东京、上海以及横滨等城市2003年-2005年间供水系统的静态效率，发现日本三个城市供水系统的效率要高于中国三个城市的效率，造成这种状况的原因主要在于中国的水价体系还不够完善，供水企业收益不能完全回收其成本。     

Markov chain Monte Carlo methods for high dimensional inversion in remote sensing

Summary.  We discuss the inversion of the gas profiles (ozone, NO₃, NO₂, aerosols and neutral density) in the upper atmosphere from the spectral occultation measurements. The data are produced by the 'Global ozone monitoring of occultation of stars' instrument on board the Envisat satellite that was launched in March 2002. The instrument measures the attenuation of light spectra at various horizontal paths from about 100 km down to 10–20 km. The new feature is that these data allow the inversion of the gas concentration height profiles. A short introduction is given to the present operational data management procedure with examples of the first real data inversion. Several solution options for a more comprehensive statistical inversion are presented. A direct inversion leads to a non-linear model with hundreds of parameters to be estimated. The problem is solved with an adaptive single-step Markov chain Monte Carlo algorithm. Another approach is to divide the problem into several non-linear smaller dimensional problems, to run parallel adaptive Markov chain Monte Carlo chains for them and to solve the gas profiles in repetitive linear steps. The effect of grid size is discussed, and we present how the prior regularization takes the grid size into account in a way that effectively leads to a grid-independent inversion.

明确了研究煤炭资源产权、产品市场协调与供应安全的背景和意义,辨识了煤炭资源供应安全的概念、内涵及表现形式。提出了实现煤炭资源供应安全的途径,即完善煤炭资源产权和产品市场之间的协调。然后,从加强煤炭资源产品市场建设、推进煤炭资源产权市场建设、建立国家煤炭资源战略储备机制,以及引导和控制煤炭进出口、实施"走出去"战略等方面,对保障煤炭资源供应安全的措施进行了讨论。
