不同阶段研发投资对企业绩效的动态效应研究:基于中国上市公司的面板数据分析

研发投资是提高企业绩效的重要途径,不同阶段的的研发投资对于企业绩效的改善存在着差异化作用。本文构建了不同阶段研发投资对企业绩效影响效应的理论模型,并以我国103家上市公司2010-2016年的相关数据为样本,从动态效应的实证分析阶段和开发阶段两个阶段的投资强度对企业绩效影响的异同,结果发现:研究阶段和开发阶段的投资对企业绩效影响均具有正向的积极影响作用,开发阶段的投资在当期对企业绩效的影响较强但不可持续,研究阶段的投资具有滞后效应并且对企业绩效的提升有比较长远的影响。因此过多关注开发阶段的投资并不能有效提高企业绩效,企业应加大研究阶段的投资,以更好地实现其在提高企业绩效中的长效作用。

从整体架构上看,以人民为中心是贯穿"四个全面"战略布局的一条主线,继而成为其出发点和落脚点。从内部结构看,每一个"全面"都彰显着以人民为中心的基本逻辑,每一个"全面"都指向着人民群众的利益实现与维护。全面建成小康社会蕴含着以人民为中心的目标旨归、坚持以人民为中心倒逼着全面深化改革、全面依法治国构成以人民为中心的重要保障、全面从严治党夯实着以人民为中心的政治根基。     

基于地质遗迹景观的川西藏区生态旅游开发研究

地质遗迹是自然文化遗产的重要组成部分,越来越成为旅游开发的“核心”资源。文章聚焦拥有数量众多、类型丰富的地质遗迹景观川西藏区,通过梳理川西藏区地质演化历史,阐释了该区域地质遗迹形成的背景,同时对该地区地质遗迹景观进行分类和评价,并在此基础上提出川西藏区依托地质遗迹景观开发生态旅游的对策建议。     

关于中国粮食科技发展问题的几点思考

在分析我国粮食科技发展存在的主要问题和面临的发展机遇的基础上,提出了我国“十一五”粮食科技的发展方向和落实《“十一五”粮食科技发展指导意见》的工作建议。     

Visualizing the factory through meta- manufacturing processes

Milestone or deadline driven production management is predominant in most manufacturing companies. Problems and other disturbing occurrences tend to see their first daylight during phases where plans are implemented into reality, for example, when production commences, prototypes enter manufacturing and deliveries are expected. Conventional control routines fail to depict the true progress and procedures of the company on an on-line basis, which means that instead of being proactive they serve as means to react to already existing problems. This paper studies the application of advanced visualization techniques to the already existing information embedded in a comany's information infrastructure, and how it can help management to anticipate probable near future pitfalls. By studying those daily operations of a company which share a document relationship with the true manufacturing process, that is, the meta-manufacturing processes, a completely new perspective on the company's value-adding activities is drawn. By mining the existing data reservoirs of a company traditionally difficult management processes, such as product development, vendor integration, production planning, can be analysed and the problems identified in a novel way to react in advance. The paper displays several empirical examples from bulk to one-of-a-kind production where the method has been successfully implemented.     

城市生态绿化项目的政府投资方式改革——基于绿地建设与房产开发商的利益互动关系研究

通过对公共产品的内涵分析表明，仅由政府提供公共产品经常会出现不经济现象；只要解决外部性问题，公共产品是可以由私人提供的。以上海公共绿地为例，在分析目前公共绿地政府投资方式的基础上，研究绿地建设与房产开发商的利益互动关系，探讨城市绿地外部效应内部化的投资方式改革，提出房产与绿地联合开发建议，以期减轻政府建设城市绿地的资金压力，为实现城市公共绿地的最优投资提供理论上的依据。     

全球化背景下的中国法治进路——以整合发展观为视角

由于东西方文化的差异,对法治的理解和实践也不尽相同.在经济全球化的今天,中国一方面必须吸收和接受外来法治观念和法律制度,另一方面还要保持自身个性,以使法治发展适应自身的经济、政治和社会文化传统的要求.基于法治发展的这种两难状态,本文结合中国自身实际,引入了一种法治的新发展观--整合发展观,并在此基础上审视探析法治在中国实现的可能途径,从而提出在中国实现法治应当对法治要素进行位次排序.     

进入国际发展议程前沿的“青年”——概念、多元政策议题与优先关注目标

以往数十年，伴随当代青年发展问题的逐渐凸显和日益复杂化，国际发展议程中有关青年的政策议题和优先关注目标也处于流变之中。青年问题在国际主流发展界逐渐由边缘走向中心，而今已占据了重要的一席之地。作为在国际发展中执牛耳的政府间国际组织，联合国在倡导和推动涉及青年的国际发展战略、政策议程和干预举措上发挥了举足轻重的作用。自20世纪80年代中叶以来，国际社会有关青年发展的政策目标、议题和优先关注目标在不断拓展，这既反映了青年人及其问题的多元化和复杂化．也折射了国际决策界对这些问题认识和理解的日益深化。     

Reconfiguring Social Work Education to Fight HIV–AIDS: A Model for Developmental Contexts

This article charts the response of social work educators in addressing HIV–AIDS. Based at the University of the West Indies in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the faculty within the Social Work Unit developed a model of teaching, research and practice that was innovative and transcended cultural, geographical and professional boundaries. The model has contributed a lasting legacy of knowledge and culturally relevant practices to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of social workers working with people living with HIV–AIDS (PLWHIV). Inherent in the propositions that underpinned the model was a belief in the role of education in alleviating psychosocial and other impacts of social problems. This article describes this unique initiative and discusses its relevance to current social work practice and the implications for contemporary social work education. The authors argue that while social work draws on a common body of knowledge, an established set of professional skills and a universal code of values, these central tenets of the profession should not be regarded as concrete and fixed but must be figured and reconfigured as needed to address emerging contemporary problems and their specific sociocultural manifestations.     

中国多元文化音乐教育发展的时代策略

当前,多元文化音乐教育已成为人类社会对待音乐教育的主潮。中国政府亦出台相关政策,明确提出多元文化音乐教育的方向是弘扬民族音乐,理解多元文化。在研究领域,许多学者都从各自不同的角度,提出了一些看法和建议,对于加深认识多元文化音乐教育思想不无启迪作用。但多元文化音乐教育在中国的具体推行情况不尽如人意,于此,提出以下发展策略:加强基础音乐课程教育;加强对专业音乐教师多元文化能力的培养;打破"二元论",构建"多元论"。
