“三结合”教学模式的实践与思考——以《思想道德修养与法律基础》的教学为例

在《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程教学中采用理论与实际相结合,第一课堂与第二课堂相结合,大班授课与小班讨论相结合的＂三结合＂教学模式,落实好小班课堂讨论是创新教学方法、提高教学实效的关键环节。     

HAZARD RATE ESTIMATION FOR CENSORED DATA BY WAVELET METHODS

ABSTRACT

We study the estimation of a hazard rate function based on censored data by non-linear wavelet method. We provide an asymptotic formula for the mean integrated squared error (MISE) of nonlinear wavelet-based hazard rate estimators under randomly censored data. We show this MISE formula, when the underlying hazard rate function and censoring distribution function are only piecewise smooth, has the same expansion as analogous kernel estimators, a feature not available for the kernel estimators. In addition, we establish an asymptotic normality of the nonlinear wavelet estimator.     

Analysis of a continuous-time proportional hazard model using discrete duration data

Many economic duration variables are often available only up to intervals, and not up to exact points. However, continuous time duration models are conceptually superior to discrete ones. Hence, in duration analyses, one faces a situation with discrete data and a continuous model. This paper discusses (i) the asymptotic bias of a conventional approximation procedure in which a discrete duration is treated as an exact observation; and (ii) the efficiency of a correct maximum likelihood estimator which appropriately accounts for the discrete nature of the data.     

网络新闻道德失范问题研究

伴随着互联网技术的不断发展，网络新闻以其独有的传播方式，逐渐改变着传统媒体的传播格局，并且也由此逐渐产生了侵权与虚假新闻等网络新闻道德失范方面的问题，这些问题阻碍了网络新闻的健康发展。针对网络新闻道德失范中存在的具体问题，在对其原因进行充分分析的基础之上，提出了有实效性的应对策略，以期推动网络新闻道德建设不断向前发展。     

藤影荷香中的营帐——清华童子军钩沉（1915—1928年）

在中国近现代教育史上,清华大学以其创新精神开创了中国诸多的＂第一＂,推动了中国教育的发展。清华童子军是民国初年中国北方建立的第一支童子军。同时,它也是清华学校前20年存在时间最长的学生组织之一。清华童子军与清末民初国民精神的检讨以及周诒春校长＂全人格教育＂思想均有紧密的关连。3者之间的互动构筑了清华传统精神的诸多方面。     

Tax evasion and emotions: An empirical test of re-integrative shaming theory

Shaming can be either of two types, shaming that becomes stigmatization of the offender and favors his exclusion from the community, or shaming that is followed by forgiveness and reintegration of the deviant. Here we test experimentally these aspects of shaming theory with a repeated tax-payment game, in which the shaming “ritual” consisted of displaying the evader’s picture in addition to charging monetary sanctions. Results show that when cheating is made public and the contravener is not successively reintegrated, the total amount of cheating is significantly increased compared to when cheating is made public but publicity is immediately followed by reintegration. The former condition is associated with more intense negative emotions related to cheating. This suggests that the employment of a social shaming mechanism may be an effective, albeit very sensitive, tool in the hands of policy makers.     

必须充分发挥教师在德育工作中的作用

高等学校的德育工作非常重要 ,但目前高校德育的效果不尽如人意。原因之一便是未能重视和充分发挥教师在德育工作中的作用 ,未能对教师做德育工作给予“质”和“量”的要求 ,未能造成全体教师自觉做德育工作的环境。应该清楚 ,高校德育工作只靠少数学生工作专职干部来做 ,是很难达到德育目标的。
